The clients desired a contemporary, light filled and spacious family home that could provide a tranquil space, capable of meeting the demands of an active young family.

Aesthetically, inspiration was to be taken from their ‘Endless Summer’ image as well as their outdoor lifestyle and appreciation of stone and timber.

The end result included an elegant curved form, mimicking the gentle curves of an endless summer wave and maximising northern solar gain whilst providing good levels of privacy.
